Thank you for shopping at Telegrahms.

In order for a gift box to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The gift box was purchased in the last 30 days.
• The items in the gift box are undamaged and in original packaging and materials.
• Please e-mail telegrahmsgifts@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you.

The following gift boxes cannot be returned:

• If any item within the gift box was personalized.
• If any item within the gift box according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiration has passed.
• If any item within the gift box after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Telegrahms LLC has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Only regular priced gift boxes may be refunded.  Once we have inspected the returned product, according to your preference, we will:

• Replace the product (if available); or issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product
• We do not issue cash refunds via electronic transfer at this time.

Returning of incorrect goods delivered

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or is missing items:

• Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any stickers and labels (if applicable).
• Notify us immediately at telegrahmsgifts@gmail.com and we will collect the product from you at no charge and deliver the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

Returning of damaged goods

If your gift box or goods arrived damaged please notify us at telegrahmsgifts@gmail.com within 7 business days.

We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred:

• Photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile stick or not)
• Photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging
• Photograph of the damaged item

If necessary, we will arrange collection of the gift box from you at no charge.  Once we have inspected the gift box or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:

• Replace the product (if available); or issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product

Telegrahms LLC cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
